Interlocking pavers
Paver Patios & Driveways
Driveways, walkways, and patios in concrete or natural-stone pavers. The look is the easy part. The difference is what's underneath. We build on a compacted base sized for Bay Area clay soil, so your pavers stay flat instead of heaving and rutting a few winters in.
Synthetic turf
Artificial Turf
A lawn that's green in August and clean in February, with no mowing, no mud, no water bill. We install over a proper drainage base and infill so it drains fast, springs back, and doesn't pancake into a flat mat after a season of kids and dogs.
Pool removal
Pool Removal & Demolition
That pool nobody swims in is costing you space, money, and weekends. We drain it, break out the shell, haul the debris away, then backfill, grade, and compact the space so it's a buildable, usable yard again, ready for turf, pavers, or a clean lawn.
Poured concrete
Concrete & Flatwork
Driveways, garage pads, walkways, and steps, poured fresh or replacing the cracked slab that's been bugging you. We place the control joints and reinforcement where they belong so the concrete cracks on your terms, not in a spiderweb across the middle.
Finishing touches
The details that
tie a yard together.
Most of our projects pick up one or two of these along the way. Bundle them in and we'll handle it as one job.
Outdoor Lighting
Low-voltage path, step, and accent lighting that makes the hardscape work after sundown and adds a layer of safety and security.
Drainage & Grading
French drains, channel drains, and re-grading to pull water away from the house and keep the patio from turning into a pond.
Retaining Walls
Block and segmental retaining walls and raised planters that hold a slope, carve out flat usable space, and look like they belong.
How a project runs
Three steps, no surprises.
Consultation
Same-day, on-site, and free. We walk the property and talk through what's actually possible.
Design
A free landscape design with every estimate, plus one clear, itemized quote with no change-order surprises.
Installation
Our own crew handles demo, base work, and install, usually finished in days, not weeks.
Good to know
Questions we hear a lot.
Most residential patios and driveways run a few days to about a week once we start. Bigger jobs, like a pool removal plus a full backyard rebuild, take longer, and we'll give you a realistic timeline in writing before any work begins.
Yes. Every estimate comes with a free landscape design so you can see the layout before you commit to anything. There's no charge and no obligation to hire us.
We are. Primavera Construction holds California Contractor's License #803498 and carries insurance. Ask and we're happy to show proof before the job starts.
That's most of what we do. One crew handles the demolition, base work, and the new install, so you're not coordinating between separate contractors and nobody's pointing fingers when something needs fixing.
Our workmanship is backed by a 10-year warranty, on top of any manufacturer warranties on the pavers or turf themselves. We stand behind what we build.
